Shipping policy

 Lead Times

We keep Haltech iC-7 and uC-10 displays and dash mounts in stock for 1 business day lead times, all other orders are made to order with a 2 week lead time (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with a tracking link when your order has shipped.

For a precise lead time please get in contact and we can check if we have it in stock for you.


Shipping Rates and Estimates


We offer worldwide free shipping via Express International Post on all orders.

Depending on the state of global shipping you may choose to upgrade your shipping to Expedited Courier-based shipping for an additional charge. This is recommended for customers under a time-crunch or with unreliable local postal services.

Below is a table showing the transit time estimates (not including lead times to make custom parts) to the different regions of the world. Please keep in mind that on occasion, worldwide and/or regional interruptions to shipping companies occur and may delay shipments beyond these estimates, but we will always do our best to get your order to you in the shortest time.

 

Duties and Taxes


We collect all duties for US customers and pay customs for you. This is called Delivery Duty Paid.

For all other nations, we do not prepay duties, and you may have to pay duties upon delivery of your order. (Sorry, but we're a small business and can only manage so much).


How do I check the status of my order?


When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated shipping time frame provided by us, please contact us at hello@makomotorsport.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Refunds, returns, and exchanges

If you aren't happy with your order then neither are we.

We will accept returns if they are initiated with 30 days of customers receiving their order.

For change of mind returns the customer must cover return shipping and a 20% restocking fee will be charged.

For returns of faulty/wrong items we will cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement part depending on the customer's request.
